As you’re aware, customer behaviours have evolved since the lockdown restrictions came into force in March 2020. Analysts predict that some of the behaviours that we’ve inherited are here to stick around.
As part of our commitment to you, we have introduced a range of digital initiatives which aim to adapt to the changing demands around customer experience. We’ve created eve support videos which can be shared with your customers, following an increased demand for digital media.

Our traditional face to face workshops such as Introduction to Telecoms, Mobile and eve refreshers have been digitalised and the uptake has been phenomenal, demonstrating a real appetite to fill the gap left in the events space.
