Secure profitable new business from 9’s existing customer base, by achieving new sales across the product portfolio and renewing existing contracts, as appropriate.
Achieve the agreed monthly sales targets.
Maintain and develop customer relationships, by developing an increasingly broad understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements.
Share insight with customers that will help them to earn a competitive advantage.
Carry out and co-ordinate presentations and demonstrations of 9’s portfolio, using all the resources available.
Ensure that all required customer data is recorded and maintained on an accurate and timely basis, using 9’s CRM software.
Produce weekly reports and forecasts for line management on all activities and prospects.
Continuously develop relevant product knowledge.
Build relationships with a number of 9’s Partners in the defined geographical area and work with them to identify and close opportunities that lie outside the Partner’s in house resources or capabilities.
Educated to A Level standard.
A minimum of 12 months’ successful experience in Business to Business, PBX/IT/software sales.
A valid sales accreditation level for Mitel, NEC, or Unify.
A comprehensive knowledge of all the telecommunications products in 9’s portfolio.
Wide range of high level, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrably strong attention to detail.
The ability to work as part of a team, with respect for a common goal.
Well-developed, proactive, can-do, customer centric attitude and behaviour, with a high level of integrity.
Presentable, clean, positive energetic disposition, combined with a high level of integrity.
