Roles and Responsibilities

Overarching responsibility includes ensuring the smooth running of Marketing projects and campaigns – from creative brief and delivery, to supporting Partners and divisional Managing Directors.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • This role requires an established Marketer with the drive and acumen to develop and execute initiatives that generate real results.
  • A creative type with a hands-on approach to content creation.
  • An ability to communicate across departments and represent your team at a senior level internally and externally.
  • A confident, proven candidate who can remain level-headed and pragmatic in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

Skills Required

  • Strong online marketing, content and product experience – we use MailChimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress, but we’re open to new ways of working.
  • Very strong written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results driven Marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B.
  • Production and direction of creative briefs.
  • Social media marketing and trends.
  • People management experience preferable.
  • Experience in the IT and telco space preferable.
