Project Co-ordinator

Service Manager




You will carry out the full cycle of any new projects for telephone and hosted systems and will ensure our customers are always kept up to date.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing the lifecycle for new and existing projects across various products.
  • Liaising with internal staff, customers, BDM’s, suppliers, and our engineers ensuring that all aspects of the project process have been delivered within time frame and budget.
  • Ensuring software assurance tasks are completed.
  • Managing the admin email queues.
  • Ensuring new support contracts are setup and validated.
  • Ordering hardware from our suppliers.
  • Raising invoices for orders.

Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of telecoms hardware, connectivity, peripheral telecoms equipment, and use of CRM software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding level of customer service with keen attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to project issues and handle in a timely manner.
