We have created a live webpage that allows you to quickly access accurate service updates for all products supplied by 9.

Our aim is to keep you updated so that you have clear and regular information to help manage your customers.

The new process

When an incident is first reported, we’ll email you to inform you of the incident and will include a link to the webpage. This new webpage enables you to access information quickly, which is regularly maintained by the team at 9. You’ll then be equipped to provide timely updates to your customers as they happen.

A follow up email will then be sent, once the issue has been fully resolved.

This new and improved process is something we have been looking forward to delivering for some time. This work isn’t a temporary response to the COVID-19 crisis and therefore you should expect this new process to be in place for the foreseeable future.
