Like all independent telecommunications providers 9 Group (Partners) Ltd and 9 Group (Retail) Ltd are obliged to operate within the regulations applied by Ofcom.

It is our belief that we exceed any legal requirement placed upon us in terms of best and proper practice, and we continue in our endeavours to achieve the highest standards of responsible conduct and trading.
