Meet 9’s brand ambassadors

Sport is a big deal to our CEO, James Palmer. He understands the passion, commitment and drive it takes to achieve your potential and then some. His attitude doesn’t change when it comes to how he believes we should support our partners. 9’s team are passionate, committed and driven to leave our partners Free to Perform.

Bringing the ethos to life

To illustrate our Free to Perform ethos, we have selected five leading superstars of British sport to act as our brand ambassadors.

Rio Olympic gold medallists, Gordon Reid and Maddie Hinch will be joined by European champions and prospective Tokyo 2020 Olympics medallists, Becky and Ellie Downie, with the group completed by Porsche Supercup driver Josh Webster.

Over the next three years, they will represent 9 and embody our Free to Perform ethos. There will be opportunities for partners to hear them speak and watch them in action. Our guests will have a chance to hold a gold medal and hear about what it takes to be an Olympic champion, or a winner on the track.

Maddie Hinch

Maddie is one of hockey’s biggest stars. The current World Number One female goalkeeper, she has amassed more than one hundred caps for England and Great Britain. Maddie saved all four penalties in the final of the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics against the Netherlands, which saw Team GB take home a memorable Gold medal. A flag-bearer for youth participation in hockey, her ambition is to retain the no.1 jersey for Team GB and secure another Gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
